The Co-Presidents shall preside over meetings of the organization and executive board, serve as the primary contact for the principal, represent the organization at meetings outside the organization, prepare the agenda for FOM meetings, and coordinate the activities of all the officers and committees to insure that the purpose of the organization is carried out.

The Vice President shall assist the Co-Presidents and carry out the president’s duties in his or her absence or inability to serve, and assume responsibility for Volunteers, working with the Volunteer Committee.
The Co-Secretaries shall keep all records of the organization, take and record minutes, and send notices of meeting to the membership. The Co-Secretaries also keep a copy of the minutes book, bylaws, rules, membership list, and any other necessary supplies and brings them to meetings.
The Co-Treasurers shall receive all funds of the organization, keep an accurate record of receipts and expenditures, and pay out funds in accordance with the approval of the executive board. The Co-Treasurers will present a financial statement at every meeting and at other times when requested by the executive board. The Treasurer will make a full, written report of finances at the annual meeting and at the end of the fiscal year.

e. Fundraising Co-Chairs
The Fundraising Co-Chairs will prepare a plan for fundraising for the year, will coordinate fundraising activities throughout the year, will report fundraising activities and totals at every meeting and at other times when requested by the executive board. The Fundraising Co-Chairs will make a full, written report of fundraising activities at the annual meeting and at the end of the fiscal year. Fundraising Co-Chairs assist with recruitment of and provides support to committee chairs and for key fund-raising events. The Chairs delegate and coordinate with Fundraising Committee members (Grant Writing, Corporate Giving) and with the Community Events Committee.
f. Communications Co-Chairs
The Communications Co-Chairs will be responsible for coordinating communications from FOM to parents, teachers and administrators; for outreach to local community, and for FOM’s online presence including any contributions to the MES website and any website or social media operated by FOM.
