….Hello everyone! I was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. I’ve been teaching since 2017 (second-year teacher), but have worked with children in many different settings since 2010. I attended California State University, Northridge (CSUN) for my undergrad and I obtained a bachelor’s degree in Child and Adolescent Development. Then, I attended UCLA to obtain my Master’s degree in Education.
As a teacher, my vision for my classroom is simple. I strive to provide a classroom environment that is welcoming for my students. I want them to feel welcomed, confident and NEVER feel afraid to make mistakes or ask for help. Every single one of them has a strength and something amazing to offer to our classroom community. I want them to know that just because they might be struggling with something someone else isn’t struggling with, it absolutely does not mean they should give up. Instead, they need to persevere and go at their own pace. I always tell them, “Don’t say you don’t get it. Say you’re just a little confused!” After all, making mistakes and struggling makes us all better human beings! I also want my students to respect and value each other at all times, because without that, our classroom wouldn’t be a place they want to be at.
When I’m not teaching, I’m eating, spending time with my fiancé, little brother and loved ones, going to the beach, traveling to different cities, hiking, or singing my heart out in my car. I love sports, but my favorite is definitely basketball!

Nací y crecí en Los Angeles, CA. He estado enseñando desde el año 2017 (soy maestra de segundo año), pero he trabajado con niños en diferentes lugares desde el año 2010. Asistí California State University, Northridge (CSUN) y obtuve una licenciatura en el Desarrollo de Niños y Adolescentes. Después, asistí UCLA para obtener mi maestría en Educación.
Como maestra, mi visión para mi clase es simple. Me esfuerzo por darles a mis estudiantes un ambiente de clase que sea acogedor para ellos. Quiero que se sientan bienvenidos, confidentes y NUNCA tengan miedo de cometer errores o de pedir ayudw. Cada uno de ellos tiene una fortaleza y algo increíble que ofrecer a nuestra comunidad de clase.
Quiero que sepan que solo porque pueden estar luchando con algo con lo que otra persona no está luchando, no significa que deban rendirse. Necesitan perseverar e ir a su propio ritmo. Siempre les digo: "No digas que no lo entiendes. ¡Di que estás un poco confundido! ”¡Después de todo, cometer errores y luchar nos hace a todos mejores seres humanos! También quiero que mis estudiantes se respeten y se valoren mutuamente en todo momento, porque sin eso, nuestra clase no sería un lugar donde quisieran estar.
Cuando no estoy enseñando, estoy comiendo, pasando tiempo con mi novio, mi hermanito y mis seres queridos, en la playa, viajando a diferentes ciudades, haciendo caminatas o cantando en mi carro. Me encantan los deportes, pero mi favorito es definitivamente el baloncesto!….
